  - A code of conduct (or code of ethics) is a formal statement of an organization’s values on certain ethical and social issues.

- Sebagian besar sengketa hukum disebabkan oleh kesalahpahaman, kecerobohan, atau sederhana kurangnya pengetahuan tentang hukum. Terjebak turun dalam sengketa hukum adalah sesuatu yang pengusaha harus bekerja keras untuk menghindari.
